GAVIN M. PIPER   It was when Gavin was in his late teens and just graduated from high school that his mom surprised him with a trip to Australia to celebrate him graduating Valedictorian and near perfect grades. And it was there that he was pretty sure his life changed. Having come out to his mom when he was 15, with the lower drinking age in Australia of 18, Gavin took himself off to a gay bar in the Sydney gay district where he couldn't take his eyes off one of the strippers performing, who subsequently gave him a lap dance of his life. Gavin wasn't willing to leave it at that, though, and he waited for the guy to finish his shift and the guy was more than willing to have a bit of fun. They ended up in a hotel room in a passionate tryst, but when Gavin woke up the next morning, he was gone. He tried to find him, even going to the bar they met, but was told the stripper had quit that morning and not other details could be given because they were confidential. Gavin was pissed, and regretful he didn't get the guy's name or number, but his trip to Australia came to an end and he had no choice but to return home to start college. Gavin was determined to show his father he could succeed without him, and ended up going to Columbia Business School, where he majored in Public Relations, hoping to get into managing the rich and famous in the public eye. He was lucky when he canvassed a bunch of PR firms, and was invited by Aiden Lewis to join his new company that was fast gaining an impressive clientele base. Today, Gavin is Lewis' 2IC for his company and often steps into the driver's seat when Aiden need to take time out to care for his ill husband. Which is how he came to be sitting in a meeting with Aiden and their team one day watching footage of an Australian soap opera. One of the main stars was quitting the show after a long run to come to America in the lead role of a new medical drama based in New York City, set to play an Australia surgeon, a role that was custom-made for him so he wouldn't need to fake the accent. The guy was going to sign with Lewis & Co for his PR to launch his international career in the USA, and managed the publicity for his start on the new show. The actor who happened to be one Braden Kelly... the stripper who had stolen Gavin's heart way back when he was a teenager. Gavin pretty much begged Aiden to let him manage Braden's portfolio, and with his hands already full with a internationall renowned popstar, and some upcoming musical acts, he agreed to Gavin's proposition, and Gavin went over to Australia six months prior to Braden being due to move to America for his career. They recognised each other as soon as they laid eyes on one another, and it lead to a marathon session of sex on and off for three days in a gorgeous suite of his parent's five star hotel overlooking Sydney Harbour. By this point, Gavin had more than researched Braden, his career, and his reputation. And reputationw as exactly what he had... as a player, through and through. Gavin was determined not to let him get away again, and about eight weeks after he arrived in Sydney to help him tie up loose ends of Braden's Aussie career, in a dramatic gesture, he proposed to Braden on a harbour cruise, and Braden accepted. Once they arrived in New York, they tied the knot in a quickie ceremony without telling anyone, and now they face the challenge of getting used to married life, and the sacrifices that come with it. It remains to be seen whether Braden was just distracted by his career and is yet to realise the impact of it, but for now, Gavin is content in the fact that Braden is his... and just hopes he doesn't get tempted to cheat, just like his asshole father and his wandering dick.
